What led you to become a massage therapist? After working in retail management for 15 years, I had decided to look at different careers that benefited people more. A friend of mine had invited me to an open house at the massage school she was going to and I signed up that night and have been loving it ever since.
What are your interests outside of work? In her personal time, Heather enjoys riding her trike, spending quality time with her three teenage sons, and embracing the outdoors in all seasons. An avid reader and crocheter, she also has a keen interest in cultivating house plants.
Do you have any pets? I do have a very spoiled very fluffy cat , Clara.
What are your favorite books? My favorite type of books are true crime and a range of non fiction detective books. My favorite book is Dark Well by Brenda Shaw, about her growing up in rural Maine on a farm in the 1940s.
