Note: Chelsea is not taking new clients at this time

My desire is to be an instrument of hope, encouragement, and guidance to others on their path to emotional healing. I value the mind-body-spirit connection and incorporate mindfulness and somatic practices. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside others as they learn new skills and gain insight, leading toward positive changes and growth.

Personal

Why did you become a therapist? I have always loved being a therapist and holding space for others' stories and growth. It was following my personal experiences of challenging pregnancies as well as postpartum anxiety and depression that I knew I was meant to support women in the perinatal period.

What are your interests outside of work? Outside of work I enjoy spending time outside with my husband and two kids. I also enjoy listening to a good fiction novel, bouncing between an epic fantasy and rom-com.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being? I attend my own therapy to support my emotional well-being. I also hit up orange theory fitness a few times a week and slowly but surely fill in my diamond art painting ten minutes at a time.

Do you have any pets? I have an old lady dog and two fat cats :)
