Once you face and understand your limitations you can work with them instead of having them work against you and get in the way....And then you can find in many ways your limitations can be your strengths.

Personal

Why did you become a therapist? I have been interested in working in helping professions from a very early age. I worked as a certified nursing assistant for a number of years and realized that there is amazing opportunities with healing just through conversation. This lead me on a path to explore more sociology and psychology courses.

What are your interests outside of work? Board games, Dungeons and Dragons (DM), running, Critical Role, video games, and painting miniatures.

How do you recharge? My preferred method to recharge is gaming, preferably board games.

Do you have any pets? I have a cat, Prince. My daughters have two guinea pigs.
