Samantha (she/her) values therapy as an opportunity to collaboratively create a trusting and authentic relationship. She recognizes that we all have a desire to be seen, heard, and validated in our unique experience. Integrating the whole person, with an emphasis on trauma, attachment, and grief, Samantha believes that through the process of self-exploration, individuals can live more fully integrated lives. Samantha's approach is strengths-centered and non-judgmental, empowering others to move toward the best version of themselves. Clients can expect to experience authentic connection, warmth, and empathy when working with Samantha.
Samantha works with individuals ages 15+. She sees clients via telehealth, and can also see clients in-person for office visits and walk & talk sessions at our Eden Prairie location (through the end of Jan 2025).
Education: MA in Professional Counseling at Adler Graduate School

Why did you become a therapist? I became a therapist after learning first hand the difficulties in approaching life without seeking emotional support from others. I want individuals to feel safe, heard, and seen to release their burdens or trauma and step into their fullest expression of self.
What are your interests outside of work? Traveling, biking, being in nature, experiencing live music, learning about medicinal plants.
What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being? I drink plenty of water and I move my body for at least 30 minutes.
