Whether you’re grieving a loss of a loved one, navigating a difficult life transition or struggling with anxiety or depression, Kate (She/Her/Hers) aims to meet you where you’re at on this journey. She uses a strength-based approach and integrates various treatment modalities to best meet her clients individual needs and therapeutic goals. 

Kate is devoted to creating a safe, non-judgmental environment that empowers her clients to become active participants in their healing and personal growth. Kate has over 25 years of experience working with complex medical care needs, rare genetic disorders, palliative and sacred end of life care and trauma related events. She is passionate about supporting individuals and families experiencing grief and loss and recognizes the uniqueness in an individual’s grief journey.  She has attained the level of Master ART Therapist in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).  Kate is passionate about helping her clients overcome adversity, foster growth, improve functioning/overall well-being, enhance individual strengths, and gain a sense of fulfillment in their life. 

Kate works with individuals & families. She sees clients in the office, via telehealth and Walk & Talk Sessions.

Education: MSW in Social Work from St. Catherine University /University of St. Thomas
