Why did you become a therapist? I became a therapist because of my interest in personal growth. I enjoying holding space for people to reach their goals and feel good in their lives.
What are your interests outside of work? Outside of work I spend time with family and friends. I love being outside doing things like skiing, camping, hiking, trail running, and enjoying the beauty of nature. I also like to cozy up and read a good book.
What do you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being? I move my body, fuel with energizing foods, get good sleep, meditate, and journal daily to support my wellness so I feel my best. I believe that by taking care of myself I have more capacity to help support others.
Do you have any pets? My 4 legged co-worker is named Clark.
What do you like to read or listen to? Anything by Brene Brown. Personal growth books are my jam.
